SaaS Knockout is operated by Pubperch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Competition Rules.
Voting
Anyone may vote, without an account. Votes are final. Automated, purchased or manipulated votes may be excluded, and abuse may lead to a ban.
Submitting a product
- You must be authorised to enter the product you submit.
- You keep ownership of everything you upload, and grant us permission to display it here and in share images.
- We may reject or remove anything that is malware, phishing, impersonation, illegal, adult, or spam — at our discretion.
- Approval is not an endorsement. We do not verify claims a product makes about itself.
Paid products
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Guaranteed Entry
Buys a place in a tournament. It does not buy a result, a seed, an opponent or any advantage in voting. Moderation still applies — if your product is not approved, you are refunded in full.
Featured Challenger
Buys a labelled discovery placement, sold by a guaranteed number of impressions rather than by time. It never affects any match outcome.
Refunds and credits

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
What we do not promise
We cannot promise any particular number of votes, clicks or visitors, that the site is uninterrupted, or that a tournament runs exactly to schedule — an integrity review may delay a result. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Closing your account
Email [email protected] and we will delete your account and products. Completed tournament results stay on record — they are part of the competition’s history and other entrants’ results depend on them.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
